They were definitely out there last night. I downloaded some of them, was hoping to get a few others today.

Well, it seems that once again, the newsletters thread has been deleted or moved to Parts Unknown. Mods, what gives? Are we not allowed to post links to newsletters this year? Some sort of explanation would be appropriate...

Understood, HotPot, I don't blame you. Still waiting for official word as to what's up with the disappearing threads--you think they'd at least give an explanation to you, sdf, ugk and the others who have been adding newsletter links--in the meantime, there are other places to find this information.

There was another newsletter thread here last night...now it's completely gone, it appears. Really...is there a reason for that?

The Problem with posting Newsletter informatin.

The problem is someone with an agenda against either this sub forum or the Rx itself wrote to the management of several of the newsletters that you have been posting links to here. From what I gather as long as there are no links to the actual newsletter so that posters can download it free we have no problem. From now on The Rx will not tolerate links posted in it's forum to any Sports Newsletters.

You all aggreed to this when you signed up here at The Rx.com:

All messages express the views of the author only, and neither the owners of TheRx.com Posting Forum, (nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message including copyright infringement perpetrated by members.

Thank you, wilheim

PS: I would have posted this information yesterday but I have Wednesday's off and spent much of it dealing with the backend of this idiotic matter. A few posters in this forum view a newletter available all over the web and they pick this forum to threaten with legal action.

Wilheim...a question if you have time: Your position is understandable. No arguments. But one thing I don't understand is why the treatment of UGK? I know tons of people who come to your website just to read UGK's posts. I can see deleting posts against the rules but post review and taking away seniority and not allowing PM's? I don't understand. It's your site and you can, of course, do whatever you want. But UGK brings you a lot of traffic. Please reconsider some of the things such as seniority reinstatement. Just my opinion but UGK is a valuable addition. Thanks

Sorry Wilheim. I won't post any more links. For what it's worth I see the same issue appeared at a couple other sites that post them.

What exactly can we post from them?

I believe what they are posting in the other Newsletter thread is fine. ( which are the plays )
But NO links to the downloads of the Newsletters.

I made a post in the other Thread, asking Who is who. because there are 3 User names using the same IP.

So Either UGK can email me at betallsports@therx.com and tell me
I can't keep up with family members posting at the same IP, without placing someone on Post review.
